GSTS is led by its CEO and Managing Director, Ms. Rosheda Lacon, whose professional background includes several years of experience in transportation logistics and workforce management within the Oil and Gas industry. Her exposure to high-demand operational environments has shaped the company’s structured, disciplined approach to service delivery.
Through her leadership, GSTS has supported organizations such as Halliburton, Saipem Guyana, Single Buoy Moorings (SBM), and Jan De Nul Guyana. The company has also played a role in facilitating seamless crew change operations for offshore and marine service providers, including Jan De Nul, Deep Ocean, and Siem Offshore.
This experience has positioned GSTS to operate with a strong understanding of time sensitivity, coordination, communication, and safety.
